Rampzalig Ghent

We created the team video for the quad skate community in Ghent, Belgium—
a film to capture the spirit of togetherness, inclussion and to show just how fun quad skating really is.

Over a six-month period, I closely followed the group, attending events such as jams, lessons, street sessions, and roller discos. This process allowed me to gain valuable insight into the importance of trust-building and the sensitivity required when entering a community’s “safe space” with a camera. Over time, a natural rhythm emerged, and the footage evolved into a film that reflects exactly what was intended: a genuine sense of warmth, inclusivity, and community spirit
